Applicants must graduate from high school with a minimum B+ (77%) average. They must also have demonstrated leadership in clubs, student government, sports, charity, cadets and/or other areas of activity. Recipient must demonstrate financial need, be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident (landed immigrant) or protected person, and a long-term resident of Ontario.
