University of Ottawa


  1. Be a Canadian citizen or a permanent resident.

  2. Have English as the first Canadian official language spoken.

  3. Have completed their high school studies in an English or non-official language (neither French nor English) institution, and graduated from said institution.

  4. Be enrolled full-time in a program at the University of Ottawa, minimum duration of 2 years.

  5. Be enrolled in a French or in French Immersion program.

  6. Take a minimum of 6 credits per term taught in French (take a minimum of 50% of courses per term in French for graduate programs).
