Be admitted or registered on a full-time basis in an undergraduate program at the University of Ottawa.
Be an Ontario resident as per OSAP rules.
Demonstrate financial need, as determined by the Financial Aid and Awards Service.
Be francophone (French being their primary language of communication), as indicated on the admission request form.
Be studying in an Ontario high school or have an Ontario Secondary School Diploma or the equivalent.
Be registered in 80% of their courses in French at the time of application and for the next academic year, in an undergraduate program.
Have a minimum average of 80% (for high school students) or a CGPA of 8.0 or more.
Actively volunteer, and take part in one or several community-oriented development activities which promote the French language and culture in Ontario.
