Commonwealth Bursary

International high school applicants who are passport holders of a Commonwealth nation* will be awarded Huron’s new Commonwealth Bursary. The bursary includes: - $40,000 scholarship over 4 years ($10,000 per year) - $1,000 to use toward an international academic experience in subsequent years Please note: You must be starting your undergraduate studies at Huron in September 2026 to be eligible. Students who are Canadian passport holders or Permanent Residents are not eligible for this bursary. *Antigua and Barbuda, Australia, The Bahamas, Bangladesh, Barbados, Belize, Botswana, Brunei Darussalam, Cameroon, Cyprus, Dominica, Eswatini, Fiji, Gabon, The Gambia, Ghana, Grenada, Guyana, India, Jamaica, Kenya, Kiribati, Lesotho, Malawi, Malaysia, Maldives, Malta, Mauritius, Mozambique, Namibia, Nauru, New Zealand, Nigeria, Pakistan, Papua New Guinea, Rwanda, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Samoa, Seychelles, Sierra Leone, Singapore, Solomon Islands, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Tanzania, Togo, Tonga, Trinidad and Tobago, Tuvalu, Uganda, United Kingdom, Vanuatu, and Zambia.
